Strength lies in differences, not in similarities.
                                                                            ~ Stephen R. Covey

Where are you now?
What keeps you up at night?
What leadership challenges are you facing?
                       What are your aspirations?
Are you challenged by the communication within your company?
Are you having a hard time reading your leaders and peers?
               What cross-cultural challenges are emerging?
What knowledge gaps that need to be filled?
What limitations are you coming up against?
Do you want to go, grow, and achieve?

What is Training?

Training is the transfer of knowledge with the aim to improve competencies or performance, and the opportunity to acquire and hone new skills. It is the opportunity to add tools to the toolbox needed to develop a team, create the desired learning culture, and move forward to reaching set goals.

I add a “coach approach” to training to create the space for curiosity and deeper learning resulting in more impactful training, better integration, more empowerment in putting into action what has been learned, and increased accountability.

What is Facilitation?

Facilitation is the art of moving a group of people through meetings, planning sessions, or training, and successfully achieving a specific goal. Facilitation involves listening actively to hear what every team member is saying, asking the tough, open-ended questions to stimulate discussion, and problem-solving techniques.

Where do they come together?

Training provides theory, information and activities to transfer and retain knowledge. Facilitation is about helping the thinking in a group. In most simplistic terms: training is about learning and facilitation is about thinking.
In the work I do with groups, I create a blend of both to transfer knowledge, engage to deepen it and empower to use it.

Who?

Executives, leaders, and teams in global environments
Leaders and teams in manufacturing environments
Emerging leaders

Change-drivers (yes!!)

Where do we go from here?

Through training you will:
  • gain confidence in your talents and power
  • hone and expand skills you already have
  • learn models, tools, and strategies that are right for you - and the team
  • Learn leadership methods and tools
  • create your niche as a leader, a thought leader, and visionary
  • feel empowered with choice of you many learned tools to choose from
  • embrace a global mindset
  • increase your impact

How?

Learning is part of evolution. With use of a co-active coach approach in training and facilitation I engage participants to dig deeper into inner resources and to create awareness for their self and their role within the environment. In addition to teaching new skills and techniques, I engage participants to take a look at mindsets, patterns of behavior, and communication. I use different approaches, modalities and metaphors, depending on goals, action plan, and strategy chosen. In the learning room we create space for discovery and celebrate successes. With a mix of instruction and coaching elements, I encourage each individual to start with a “beginner’s mind” moving towards blending new knowledge with existing skills and past experience.

I am a fearless, humor-loving trainer who will encourage you to engage, embrace, develop, and grow. Moving to deeper levels of cultural understanding or higher levels of leadership and competencies will require that you take the right steps, aligned with your goals and values, learn how to identify and navigate risks, and push through your own limits. I will guide you to discover your personal strengths and how to leverage these as you integrate yourself in your surroundings and implement your accomplishments.

I have led and have been part of diverse teams. I know the ins and outs of moving to a new country, language, culture, and team. I understand the bravery it takes to take on a leadership role and lead a team to success. I have faced and mastered the challenges, changes, and growth you’ll experience. Together we will lay out the best possible way for you to move forward, expand your skillset, lead intelligent conversations, and strive toward success.

There are many good reasons to do this...

You are Leaders, team members, people on the outside looking in... You may have years of experience or you may be brand new, to a culture, a company, a team. You know there is always an opportunity to hone skills, learn new tools, reevaluate mindsets, increase impact, and delve deeper into what is.  [more]

[You are passionate about the team and you might see struggles with cultural, language, or other differences. What are the challenges you face? Do you have clarity around goals and expectations, and are you communicating them effectively?
Challenges with communication, sharing visions, reading the energy of your surroundings, and understanding the culture can be overcome with impactful training delivered on both a cognitive and social level. Tap into and increase your resources, strengthen your resilience, and build your team. Your growth through training will inspire others. Be ready to challenge what is challenging you and be empowered to lead with integrity, authenticity, and passion.]

                 Start by doing what's necessary;
                      then do what's possible;
and suddenly you are doing the
                                 impossible.
                                                    ~ Francis of Assisi
